Daytona.
None of us made it to Daytona this year. I have vowed to go next year though. As have some of my friends. It's just too good to miss. Critter central. Always something to do. Swap meets, da beach, racing, critter watching, getting kicked out of bars, the fucking Willie's Show! Make your plans to do it now. I'm talking to you Haints, Warren, Jerimiah, Death Science, anyone else that has been and knows how much fun you can have.......... Here are some highlights from our journeys there in years past.

Breaking in my motor.
I try to take it easy on my motor, but I always end up trying to do wheelies or burnouts....... forgetting that I have a fresh motor and have to be easy on it for a while. Maybe this is why my primary cover fell off on the way home? Or no brakes when Bowles hopped on the back and we went to the bar? This bike is really fun.

There are no shows like these anymore.
Birmingham has a rich history when it comes to the punk, metal, hardcore, etc. scenes. Not talking shit on the new wave fad of bluegrassy and folk type music that the younger kids flock to now days, but that stuff can't even compare to the experience of going to these type of shows. This flyer is one of a bazillion that I would have gone to when I was a tiny dude. I would get my Mom to drop me off, or my friends would skate to the sketchier areas of town to see these bands play in the shittiest random places. The bands on this particular flyer are a combo that was insane. I looked up to most of these dudes and would get ultra stoked when one of them would say what's up to me, let alone remember my name. Now I ride choppers with members of all of these bands, most of which are also Haints. Pretty trippy if you think about it. I couldn't be more grateful for what we have.

Sup Dawg.
Here's a photo of James' dog Vader driving my Panhead. I tried to tell him not to, but he just took off.

Wheelie Row.
The one way street in front of the Dojo has been named Wheelie Row for obvious reasons, especially after Eddie's "Wheelie Heard Around The World". Here's one with me assisting Duane on a quest to acquire one wheel glory on his newly acquired Sportster. Photo taken by the ever famous James Hardy.

That was a long weekend.
Our boyfriend Jerimiah decided to leave Bravetown and visit the Dojo for his annual birthday. We threw him and my wife Laci a party because their birthdays are two days apart. We then went to Nashville and checked out the local critters, including a stripper that used to be a stock man and got custom chopped into a woman. Thanks to everyone that came in from out of town and that showed up to have a good time. Here are some photos from the past few days, in no particular order.
