This Weekend.
Absolutely ruled. A big thanks to our BDAC pals for organizing this gathering. I'll make a real post later, but until then, here's a photo of one of the 17 fights we almost got into.

A couple weeks away.

I always look forward to this. The vintage festival is a shitload of fun every year. Unfortunately, us and a lot of our friends weren't able to get vendor booths in the swap meet this year due to them selling out in May. I decided that I was going to be responsible this year and snag our spot two months in advance, but no. I called and they were sold out at the end of July. That means one of two things: Either there will be a ton of vendors with old 2-wheeled gold, or all of those fucking vendors that sell ratchet straps and Chinese tools that belong at the flea market have completely taken over the swap area. I'm starting a riot if that's the case. On a positive note, our brother Warren Jr. is coming down from Wisconsin to race his bike this year.
Ride to the River, To wreck your Liver.
Myself and Duane are headed to a small town in Georgia this weekend to meet up with the BDAC boys. It's one of those towns where the locals celebrate Octoberfest super hard because they all wish it was Germany, but they don't have enough balls to commit and just move there. Actually probably not, but that's what I always think of in my head with that type of shit...... Like white people celebrating Cinco De Mayo all passionately.

Young Guns.
Is the best western movie ever made. You all might have your different opinions, but they are all wrong and you can go fuck yourselves. That movie is tough as shit. Part two is pretty decent also. Watching it makes me miss the Super Trip. Everywhere that we rode out west looked like a scene in Young Guns. We even rode through Lincoln, NM on the way back home where all of that cowboy shit went down in real life. Reap the whirlwind, reap it..................

The Haint.

Check out this badass ride from Demon Cycle: Named after an old Southern term for a ghost. This is our most aggressive and complex model. The Haint has Demon's most expensive and time consuming paint, and components. The Haint features the fattest frame we make, along with our biggest engines and strongest transmissions. Please allow a three month build time on these models, as the paint is done by Nub Grafix of New York, and can take a month. Remember, the sky is the limit on this model... you might see it with a single sided swingarm, or a right side drive. Demon only makes a few each year, so get yours on order now.

Cool Shit.
So yesterday afternoon Brunson and Brandon came by and we sat around on my porch talking shit and drinking beer. What else do you do on Sundays? Anyways, at one point this car pulled up and parked on the curb right out front. Out comes this tattooed fellow and introduces himself as Keith. Keith lives right down the road and has an ironhead project and his brother has a shovelhead. He shot the shit with us for a little bit and showed us this picture of his brother before he split. He said this is how he got to and from school.

Chocolate Attitude.
Black bikers are badasses. Period. I saw one not too long ago in downtown Birmingham and I was way stoked. The dude had some microphone looking afro, dope ass sideburns, rugged black jeans and boots, a serious business knife on his side, and shitty old tattoos all over him. I'm not going to mention the name of his club, but it was awesome. And the bikes they ride are awesome. Look and study.

Kritter Richards.
Someone told me that Keith Richards' body was going to be donated to science one day to try and figure out how he has been able to survive for so long. Look at the dude, man. His skin is plastic and he still slays vagina. Rock N Roll.

Lost In Translation.
I really miss Taichi. We all do. It's almost like he was an orphan until he found our fucked up family and quickly became a part of it. Unfortunately, he had to leave unexpectedly. Taichi now lives in L.A. and hooked back up with us at Born Free 3. While there, we hung out with the Vise crew a lot due to Brandon living amongst them in Japan. Taichi felt that it was his duty to translate any communication between us and the Vise crew making sure that his native language of Japanese was clearly understood with his new language of English. He had never had to translate anything before and you could tell that he was stoked. Thanks my friend and we are very proud of you.
Dammit this rules!
Boozer found this video. This makes me want to stop riding choppers and become an urban stuntman. Fuck, nevermind. I bet I could do it on my Sportster.

Oh Fuck.
I was going through some photos of different trips and quickly remembered this amazing creature. J-Rod spotted him and we made him famous. He's either in jail or at that same bar. I wonder what he ever did with that Haints shirt. I would like to think that it's his favorite shirt due to the fun he had while wearing it and I hope he wears it everyday, covered with stains and shit.

And Done.
Duane got married. Insane weekend. MOST of us together, lots of drinks and no responsibilities........... Duane was stoked. Happy birthday. Big Kahunas. My body is hurt. The ocean is no joke. Jimmy Buffet style drinks can be no joke. Posse deep in unsuspecting bars and dance clubs. Old photos of Chauncey's butter teeth. Knick knack patty wack gib-da-dawga-bowne. School boy-ed. Bad ass fucking knives for groomsmen gifts. Naked. Salt life......... Congrats brother, we love you.

To The Coast!
On Saturday Duane will no longer be a single man, he will be a single gay man. Sucking dicks is a way of life bro. Joking. Kind of....... Duane gets married this weekend, so we are headed south to the Gulf Coast to witness the thang. There's also a critter ass bar down there called the FloriBama and it's constructed of a shitload of tarps. Don't get me wrong, I'm super happy for the dude, but I really like it when things like this happen out of town. As a true friend you are required to attend events such as weddings, so it gives you an automatic couple day vacation. "Sorry Boss, I have to have off of work. I need to be at a wedding in Zimbabwe, there's nothing I can do." Congratulations bro, I'm happy for you. Maybe you get laid dawg.

Chopper Shit For Sale.
J Body has this emaculate king and queen seat for sale. It looks to be an old AEE higway style seat with the ultra hump. I think it fits swing arm bikes. I've never seen one in this great of condition. Hit the dude up if you need to make your choppy more chopperish. Brennanjp88@yahoo.com

Rich People.
It's been a couple of years since I've been to the Barbers Motorsports Museum, so I went the other day. It's in our backyard and they've got some shit, but it's definitey no Wheels Through Time. Half of the people that are in there couldn't tell you the difference between a WLA and one of those new reverse trike CAN-AAM things (which they have on display). Not to completely hate, it's nice to have a place like this nearby to go drool over a few select items.

The Voice of an Angel.
There's nothing better when sitting next to a campfire than to have Bowles serenade you. If you don't believe me, then check out this here tribute to his boy Hootie.
