Girls Bike.

This is my sweetheart. My sportster is responsible for so many things that it's unreal. Unlike a lot of you, I didn't come from a gearhead family or grow up riding motorcycles. I found an interest in bikes around the age of 17 when I was in my prime era of skateboarding. There was this sketchy dude that tattooed next door to the skate shop and one day he got a complete Panhead chopper in trade for doing a full sleeve on some tweeker. That did it for me. After working a job for a while, I said fuck it and bought this here sportster. Rode it around stock for a few years and never thought about fucking it up. I then met some of the Haints. And those guys were about putting some serious miles on shit that you built or heavily modified. Before you know it, the motor was out of the frame. This bike was the textbook for me that taught me about wrenching on and creating choppers. That is how Larry and Spenser came into our circle and Garage Co. Customs was pretty much home base (except Brandon's basement which will always be in the history books). It took me building a chopper to really start putting miles on my motorcycle. Anyways, sorry about the rant. The point is that my sportster is responsible for the majority of the friends that I have now, It is responsible for every bit of this culture that I constantly obsess over, and it has taken me across the country and back and everywhere in between. I love this bike.

I need to make another one of these.

No, not another choppy. Another nomadic adventure. Ride for Lightning is coming up and it's going to rule, but I think we may have one more trip for the year before Jack Frost's ol' bitch ass shows up.

Back in business.

After a few minor repairs and new set of bars, my bike is recovered from our encounter with wild animals trying to take us out. Also thanks to Warrens advice, I put a 48 low speed jet in the carb and it fucking rules. West coast here we come.

Packing up before the rain starts.

Another photo that Benji took of my goofy ass.

I had to get it.

When I saw these new BenchMark air cleaners I couldn't stop cumming. I got one and put it on my bike today. It looks and performs way better than a velocity stack. I'm stoked.

I've got about a week left.

Before the paint is back and I will be jamming all around on her. I'm stoked.

Almost there.

I just need to tighten shit up, wire and paint, and this lady will be jammin' through the streets. I'm hyped.

Getting closer.

After waiting for parts to arrive, I finally finished up my motor.

Got the motor in the bike, then had to almost take it back out due to a rookie maneuver that I won't mention. Regardless, its in there now.

I started to put my bike back a little bit today.

Chris helped me put my motor back together then I added some doo-dads to my frame. Next we need to figure out how to remove a broken stud from my exhaust port, then reassembly.

I started giving my bike her winter makeover.

So, yesterday I started tearing my bike down to make her a little bit prettier for next year. Paint the frame, do something with my exhaust, just change up little shit because I really love the way my bike is.

Fully clothed.

Take dat top off girl.

Loose dem drillies.

Nekid.

Ok, here's where I need your opinions. The top photo is my sporty tank and in these last two I snatched Spenser's tank off his bike and I dig the way it looks.
