Born Free Bound!
Myself, Chauncey, and Duane will make the annual trek across the U.S. of A. this weekend in search of the other coast. We are going to leave on Friday and make it to the Long Beach Swap on Sunday morning. Too bad we couldn't ride again this year, but at least we get to go and bring our bikes with us. And we get to eat one of those fancy good sandwiches from Santa Fe Importers. Let's party!

Check it- This will be awesome.
Just Kickers is an event that our friend Jon Tubbs has his hand in making happen. Everything that I have heard about this so far sounds awesome. This shit is held in Oklahoma and I believe the point in that is to make it a good ride for the majority of people to get to. April 27-29 2012. Mark that on your calendars and go here for more info.

Chopper Boogie.
I always get nervous before trips. I always have. I don't know why either. I love riding motorcycles long distances and I love wrenching on bikes, but yet my nerves are always on the fritz before trips. It's different every time. This time I'm not riding with a pack of people, so maybe it's the lack of combined minds it takes sometimes to solve problems on the road? Shit I don't know. I always weird out and quadruple check everything before I head out too. For example, checking my gear strapping situation turns into taking the front end apart. I've had a "Fuck It" attitude lately, but never when it comes to my bikes. I guess that part of Brandon has rubbed off on me. Choppers rule.

Important.......
........Those of you that are riding up to RFL with us, here are some details. We are meeting at my house at 8:30 am and taking highway 11 up through Chattanooga, TN then I believe it will be 64 along the Ocoee river pretty much to Hickory, NC. If you haven't bought your run ticket yet you should probably do that. Details about that here.
