About a month ago, our hombre Ralph, a.k.a. Alex, a.k.a. Ralph, came to our land of golden opportunity and spent some quality time with us. We tried repeatedly to make him stay with us after the Smokey Mountain Chopper Fest, but he split anyways. Good times were had. Here are some of his photos from part of that journey. 

The Old 280 Boogie.

This is coming up. Last year I rode to this with Bowles and Chauncey, just to ride. Partly because riding motorcycles through southern Alabama towns is about as cool as it gets. I've never really been into hippy/ bluegrassy type shit, but my attitude changed as soon as we pulled up. In my eyes, it was like going to a place that bikers would be in the early 70's. Way cool. I'm riding there again.

Insanity.

This weekend was fucking nuts. Too much fun. Everyone that came to Barbers and to our party told me that they had a blast, so that's a success in my eyes. Thanks to everyone that traveled hundreds and thousands of miles to be in Birmingham this weekend. Thanks a bazillion to Biltwell and Lowbrow Customs for stepping up last minute and organizing a Cocktagon at the Dojo. $500 will transform mother fuckers into mean warriors. Also adding about 400 beers to the multiple kegs helped too. The bands killed it and played all night. No bullshit, all bros. Most of all though, you guys made the party. An epic time is made by the people and the attitudes involved. Thank you. This may turn into a yearly event. What do you say?

I've had a few people ask me about hotels near the Dojo. Some people are responsible enough to figure out a place to rest their head before they get partied up. The Dojo address is 2817 4th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35233. It is in the city so there are a few to choose from. Maybe a thought.
