When I was a young boy, I loved this movie. I especially loved the part when the bikers took over the mall. Now that I am a little bit older, and ride choppers, I can see why that part was so awesome to me. It was hard to tell exactly what the bikes were, but I found some screenshots of some of them.
According to IMDB: Several members of the marauding band of bikers were played by members of the local chapter of the Pagans Motorcycle Club. The elaborate motorcycles they drove were their own.
