I scored a generator Shovelhead today.

So me and Robby headed to south Alabama today to check out this bike. Truthfully, I was really thinking it was going to either be a sketchy motor or just a busted ass bike overall. Well, when we showed up, my first thought was that it was probably one of the cleanest 1966 shovelhead motors I have ever seen. To top that off, it is in a Denver's frame and it has a Denver's frontend. Its pretty digger. I have been wanting one of these motors for some time now, so I would say that it turned out to be a pretty good day.

P.S...........I am planning on building a pretty 60's looking chop out of this, so I am only wanting to keep the motor, tranny, and maybe the cute little spool hub. That said, let me know if any of yous want a pristine condition Denver's frame and frontend. Hopefully there are better quality photos to be posted soon. (Larry).

Robby showed up in his badass van to get some work done on his bike.

We installed a kick start on his mutant Ironhead.

It was more of a process than we thought. We had to cut that gear for the electric starter off of his clutch basket to properly fit in the primary after the kicker gear was installed.
